Twister Cat is a multimedia production company founded by Elliott Kinney. Its origins can be traced back to 2020, when Kinney participated in the Fort Worth Modern’s “Modern Billings” installment by displaying a surrealistic billboard advertisement for Twister Cat. What began as a one off mock ad has since evolved into a company focused on human-made creative services.
